Information we collect

For Doctors:

Doctors Mediquince will collect & store only the access token we need to make video consultation meetings on behalf of you, The collected information was stored in an encrypted manner and only accessible to the owner of this information.

Once your Webex account is connected with Mediquince we will create Webex meetings on behalf of you for your online video consultations at the time of appointment creation. And allows you to connect with your patients for online video consultation easily & seamlessly.

For Patients:

When you use the Video Consultation feature in Mediquince, we collect the following types of information:

1. Information you provide us voluntarily.

2. Information you provide us by requirement.

3. Information we may collect on a limited basis.

Information you provide us voluntarily:

We may ask you to provide your personal information when you visit our Application to avail of services that require personal & geographical data recording.

The information we collect as a result of voluntary submission may include but is not limited to, Name, Email Address, personal health conditions or symptoms, Demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests among other information related to health & fitness.

Information we collect by requirement:

We never collect any PII when you connect to the video consultation meetings in general. However, we do record information sent by your browser in server logs, including your IP address, the pages you visit, and other non-personal data. All this information is saved automatically and helps us serve you better.

You may be required to share your past OR present health conditions with your consulting doctor based on your treatment requirements. An EHR will be created & maintained by the concerned doctor for your feature treatment & wellness.

Information we may collect on a limited basis:

1. Phone numbers stored in the EHR to pull patient records for identification and verification purposes

2. UHID / ABHA (or patient identifier) stored in the EHR to pull other necessary details such as billing, past medical history, etc.

3. Appointment specific to the patient's medical record.

Mediquince is committed to ensuring that no information provided by EHR will be shared, sold, or rented to a third party.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

In the event that the data principal wishes to exercise these rights with respect to the data fiduciary, then he/she must do so in accordance with the procedure set out in the data fiduciary's privacy notice and the ABDM Health Data Management Policy.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information stays secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All the information we collected was stored in an encrypted format. All the information is only accessible to the authorized persons of the system with multiple layers of security like access token based authentication & 2-factor authentication methods.
