In some cases, the doctor will feel the need to physically examine the patient in order to reach the diagnosis and decide the correct treatment and they will ask you to come to the hospital directly.

At this point, Mediquince provide services only within India.

Multiple patients cannot attend the call for the reasons of privacy. However, along with you, your relative can attend the call and talk to the doctor.

If the patient is a minor, then the parent or guardian should be present on the online consultation.

Yes, if a prescription is required, the doctor will issue a digital prescription at the end of the consultation.
 

You can reschedule your consultation up to 3 hours prior to your scheduled consulting time with no additional charges. This can be done by the booked hospital checkin counter. On booking the appointment, you will get a call from the hospital confirming your appointment, they will also give you the details required to re-schedule if required. Otherwise you have to cancel it , cancellation charges may deduct and remaining amount will be credited to your mediquince wallet.

You can cancel any of your upcoming consultation before exit the min cancellation time given by the hospitals. Mediquince will deduct Service charges + Transaction amount  and return your consulting fee to your wallet only.

In any cases if patients does not attend the consultation, Mediquine will refund your consultation fee on the app wallet.

You can make an online payment at the time of booking your appointment via card, netbanking and upi. Consulting charges may vary for every hospitals.
